This new release, named after co-winemaker Gail "Elena", is a unique combination of Cabernet, Merlot, Malbec and Syrah. A medium- to full-bodied rich blend, the wine boasts aromas of black currant, plums, and earthy notes. When you taste the wine, it sparkles with mineral and fruit notes that pair well with most foods, lending a fine savory balance of acid and tannin.
This crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc demonstrates subtle notes of citrus as well as flavors mimicking tropical fruits such as guava and passion fruit.
